Appalling and feel like I have been robbed I will be taking further for a refund
Only good thing about property was the bed and shower everything else was bad
The fact we was told we could use swimming pool every day of our trip, but this wasnt the case it was shut. Only day it was open was Christmas Eve and the day we check out. Also room was damaged with marks all over the walls. We was on the 1st floor room 146 and Christmas Day we had no peace as music was thumping all day and night till 1am Boxing Day morning overall we booked a spa hotel for a reason and we never got that. Food very overpriced would never stay again.

Amazing
The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a luggage room as well incase you arrive early. This was literally 2 min walk from henk sneevlietweg metro and 750m from Louvesweg Tram station. The room was very spacious and nice. I didn't get to use the Indoor swimming pool and sauna but this is also there.
Nothing I could think of now.

It was okay, we booked with the thought of it having a gym but we showed up and apparently its under renovation.
I liked the friendly staff.
I didnt like how the spa was quite small and not that comfortable. The gym is also closed.

It was really good I would say.
The most convenient thing was that the hotel is only two minute walk from the station which made it easier to move around the city. The hotel itself looks fancy from the inside especially the reception hall. The room was spacious, and I liked that the bathroom has a large bath. The hotel also had an indoor swimming pool and a sauna.
I asked them three times to fix the telephone in the room, but they did not. I should say however that they did listen when I asked for other things like bringing a heater to the room and some towels.

The decor of the hotel and room was nice. The staff are very friendly.
The location. Its a 15 minute taxi from the airport and 15 minute taxi to the city centre. But local shops were a 15 minute walk. Very confusing and impractical
