    The staff.
    What's positive? The man behind the desk and the owner, plus no bedbugs. The rest is negative. The room was small and dingy. It smelled like an ashtray. The mattress was hard and the pillow was lumpy. Outside view: ha ha, just a heap of rubbish. No hot water so we had a cold bucket bath. Extractor fan in bathroom missing. What can you expect for Rs800 + GST. Booking.com didn't mention GST as an extra.

    Good small room for quick overnight stay
    Tiny room with enough space for one person. Clean. Air conditioning works. Staff good. Very close to mall and city centre.
    Nothing to complain. Good for quick over night pit stop stay for connecting locations.
