Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay, the hospitality from the staff was amazing. Great service, beautiful environment. Breakfast was very delicious with a variety of choices. I would like to highlight certain individuals for making our stay pleasant; Ashish, Varun, Ganesh, Sachin and Mia. The live music playing of the sitar was soothing. Great experience!

Rooms should have been clean enough, Bad Smell / Foul Smell from the room, Bathrooms were dirty with water getting clogged after changing rooms multiple times due to their worst room conditions for a multinational brand

i arrived late the first day because the flight was delayed and i wanted to eat. the reception staff told me to go to the cafe but then the cafe waiter said i have to order room service which i don't like because i hate having the smell of food where im sleeping. on the second day, the taxi drop me by mistake at another courtyard marriott, when i ask the hotel to pick me up they ask for 1500 for a 5 min drive... seriously ? why are the 2 hotels having the same name ? it's totally confusing.

Shame on them!

Looked smart

Receptionist looked disinterested Took 30 minutes to get 3 coffees in the hotel coffee shop. Our bathroom was not cleaned and no fresh towels We booked two rooms under 2 names. I checked out and paid for my room. Hotel then charged me on my credit card for second room before my brother even left his room. I emailed the hotel for an explanation and they never replied.

Food was good

this is my second stay there but really not happy with service, Due to Staff gave us late room, we were late for our meetings and we have to do same thing next day again. Not happy with service. Even they took feedback from us and i gave them but no action done from Marriot relationship manager. Next time we wont stay we spend almost 75000 INR. But they don't care about customers.
