    I am not happy that I was unknowingly charged for internet!
    The staff was fantastic as always. The room was exceptionally clean.
    I didn't like seeing on my bill that I was charged for wifi. I only tried to hook up to the free wifi. I think it is ridiculous for any hotel to be charging for wifi. This was my favorite hotel and I have been a customer for years. I needed a hotel for the night after I stayed at Marriott and I choose comfort inn because I was so upset that I paid for internet unknowingly. Wi fi should be included in the cost of the room and it should be high quality.

    Nice clean room. Good breakfast facilities. Polite people.
    Obviously, the cost. Ive been at higher end Marriott Resorts that dont cost anything like that which is provided by this facility.

    Could not get a shuttle . Called four times and no one answered the phone at 9pm. Paid someone to take us there and when we arrived three people at the desk doing nothing . Called while in front of them and phone rang so I had the correct number

    One night stay after cruise to fly home.
    Clean and convenient to airport. The free shuttle to airport was also very helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was helpful.
    Could use a decor update. I was told by manager this is coming in fall.

    Breakfast was ok. But cheaper Hotels offer free Similar breakfast options. Storage of our Luggage until our Airport departure was nice.
    Breakfast included would have been nice. Hot tub needs a little tlc.

    Our family loved the comfort, the cleanliness and the staff was super pleasant.
    We were very pleased with everything! Good food, great staff and SUPER CLEAN!!
    The only thing I was alittle disappointed about was that we didnt get an alaska resident discount. They said it wasnt available, and to me it should be available all of the time for all Alaska residents.
