3 star experience at cost of 5 rates.
Good location next to DB mall. No problems in getting cabs. Attractions are not more than 30 min away. Rooms are okay.
The hotel staff in communication & overall conduct was as good as a 3 star property. They are used to group bookings I believe and seldom pay attention to individual traveller's where service does matter.
The property manager doesn't even bother to check on customer complaints & was too busy planning for the next group booking.

Very disappointed with service staff and marriot bhopal.
Location of hotel is good, rooms with city view, lavish greenery of Bhopal
I had to call multiple times for little things like i asked for water it took more than 20 mins to get it. The food i ordered and while placing order i asked them make sure i get what Ive ordered specifically(Tagliatelle) which was not served. If you want something and no one responds over phone, calling multiple times which was frustrating. Restaurant staff at breakfast not at all attentive, if two person are having breakfast theyll get you tea for 1 person and you have to remind them for every single details which i was not expecting from Marriot. I was totally disappointed that i changed my mind of staying there and after two nights i went to Taj bhopal to spend my birthday. Thank you
