    We will definitely be back!
    The room was comfortable and quiet, and it was very easy to regulate the temperature. It is also in an incredibly prime location!
    Nothing! It would have been nice if there was lotion in the bathroom but otherwise everything was great! The staff especially are so nice and welcoming and professional.

    Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable hotel with a bar and coffee shop
    The location was good with some local restaurants and eating places open fairly late when I arrived, including the bar within the hotel. The check-in staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.
    My only gripe would be that the tv stand did not swivel to be able to watch TV in bed! A minor gripe.

    Front desk did not communicate with housekeeping. Bloodstained sheets! Simple requests to housekeeping were not fulfilled. Always cold after 3 minutes of heat, defective light fixture not fixed after reporting. Most staff ok but some need training in customer service attitude.

    Great stay
    The room was very well maintained and accommodated everything we needed for a night's stay. We asked for a late checkout very last minute and they offered it with no problem. We had a pretty good view of the city as well.

    A good place to stay visiting Boston
    An easy-access hotel if you travel by car. The parking facility is superb (you do need to pay a daily fee of 40$ - the price in September 2023).
