The staff's hospitality is exceptional, making guests feel (Read More)truly welcomed. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat with beautiful views. The hotel's location is convenient for jogging and shopping at Trader Joe's, and it is close to Harvard, MIT, and downtown Boston. The hotel is clean, efficient, and reasonably priced for being in Cambridge. While there is no pool, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room service is excellent.

Location was perfect

They put us above the elevator freight from the time we got there up until 10 PM thats all you could hear and then it started up again at 5 AM I did call the front desk, but they didnt do anything about it or try to move me

Overall our stay was excellent. Very comfortable and clean.

The location was great. Close to everything.

Our room was always cold and we were unable to turn up the heat on the thermostat. The temp would stay where we set it.
