Exceptional

We would definately stay here again as this is our 6th time to Gettysburg from New Jersey.

The staff at the main desk as well as the food and beverage staff were exceptional especially Dorothy and the morning girls. I don't remember their names. But they made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and the breakfast was fabulous.

We had to drive into town but it was a quick 10 minutes. Not really a problem.

Looks can be deceiving

Location

The elevator wasnt working when we tried to get to our room. Once in our room the tv didnt work. We tried to charge our cell phones and the clock/charger next to the bed didnt work. The staff was still cleaning rooms at 9:00pm. When we tried to sleep a dog in the next room kept barking. You should advise guests that they will be staying next to people with pets. Or have a separate area of the hotel designated for pets & their owners.

Not worth the money.

Did not have to pay online could wait to pay there, pet friendly, late pool hours.

Booked a room for one night for $300 and no dinner or breakfast was available (comp nor to purchase) at our hotel during our stay. Called the front desk, no one answered, long line at the front desk. So either slow or wildly understaffed. ESPECIALLY FOR A WEEKEND DURING THE 160TH OF THE BATTLE. I have been to 2 star hotels who offer more to their guests.

Very good

We had a good stay. The lobby was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the pool

We liked the fact that it was clean.

The only thing we didnt like was that we had to pay for breakfast. It was expensive and not very good, Im sorry to say.

great hotel, somewhat overpriced

Very nice modern hotel. good location, convenient. has a Starbucks bistro inside the hotel for light means and coffee. Hotel is very clean and new. Set back from the main road and surrounded by green space.

the Rates were very high.

My main issue is that I was charged twice for my room and have yet to get ahold of the correct people or be called back

clean and updated. King size bed room was a great size. There were extra blankets and I could control the a/c unit.

breakfast wasnt included. Staff was unfriendly at the bistro to order food.
