    The Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis West-Speedway is praised for being clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the expressway. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and free parking. Howe (Read More)ver, some rooms have thin walls, allowing noise from neighboring occupants. Despite this, overall experiences are positive. Some minor issues reported include the presence of a used razor in the shower and unexpected requirements for military check-in. The customer service is outstanding, with a special mention for Avyia. The hotel's outside seating with a fire is relaxing and adds to a perfect evening.

    The staff- AMAZING SUPER friendly and VERY helpful
    Room was VERY dusty. Bedside lamps were sloppily taped/repaired Thick layers of dust around the baseboards, beds, refrigerator. Kitchen was out of service so we couldnt order food

    The hotel wasn't bad but the shower deal was very frustrating.
    location was good
    The shower would only spray hot water. Maintenance came in and looked at it and said the hot and cold were backward. After he left, we tried that, and it wasn't true. We could only get hot water and you can't take showers in all hot water. Also, the hair dryer was broken.
