The staff at receiption was nice and the location of the hotel was nice

When I gave my bags to be put away while I was waiting for the room to be ready. Someone from the staff took NZD 100 from my wallet.

Superb

Short and very sweet.

The place was close to everything without being in the centre of the city. The bed was the best one I have ever sleep in and the shower was amazing. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

A pool would have made it perfect

It was a nice stay overall except buffet breakfast hygiene needs to be improved.

Gym is good

Room is a bit small and we have booked for 4 people but only received 3 towels, slippers, robes and toothbrush was totally missing. Buffet breakfast was good but attention needed for hygiene as the chef was using bare hand to transfer the food to the plate.
