The staff was friendly and provided excellent cus (Read More)tomer service, making guests feel welcome and valued. The hotel is moderately updated and in a convenient location for attending the Sol Blume music festival. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good choice for travelers.

    The room was clean and the check-in and out process was straight forward.
    The price I was charged was $260 on my bank account vs the booking price including tax and everything on booking.com page was $205. Contacted the hotel about the extra $55 but no answer yet.

    There is a guest outside calling and asking me how far from China and the way he asked was telling me to go back where I am from. I am not a Chinese but felt offended the way he was talking and asking me questions.

    Overall it worked for what we need which was to go to a concert.
    Loved the inside of the room. It was very large and beds were very comfy.
    The bathroom was a little out dated and the shower could have been a little cleaner, otherwise it was great. Breakfast was not so great. We all had the burrito.
