    The front desk staff were great.
    The front desk staff were so nice, professional and helpful. Someone by the name of Robert especially went over and above to help me by locating some valuables I had forgotten in our room after I had checked out and left. I am forever thankful to him.
    The heater / air conditioning unit was broken and there was freezing cold air blowing into our room. I had to cover it with pillows but couldn't sleep cause it was still very cold. They said there were no engineers on duty due to the holidays. So we had 2 very uncomfortable and cold nights. The manager tried to compensate best he could. The room was very small and dark.

    Good base of operations in NYC
    The staff was very efficient and friendly. The gym totally met my needs, was clean and everything worked. Room small but clean and comfortable. Great location for access to subway and train station. Elevators were fast and available.

    Awful cleaning service!
    Room was quite big
    Very dirty, then said that they are going to clean the room every second day, but it never got properly cleaned. They didnt even bring us toilet paper on the day of cleaning. And there were tissues laying on the floor that havent been there before!

    Amazing location. Spacious rooms. Great amenities. I had a very nice view of the Edge observation deck from the room.
    Old building and bed. Staff looked bored. Not really welcoming. Very expensive for an old hotel.

    Everything was good. The location is amazing but the facilities are a little bit old. I really liked the bathroom. it was big, clean and was comfortable
    Do not give a bottle of water, slippers and robs. The curtains are old.

    The hotel is located 2 Blocks away from the subway or Penn train station. Easy accessible still can get confusing as there is another one on the Sount of Time Square. Rooms are spacious, clean.
    Collaboration with reception staff. Not a friendly attitude and not sufficient information provided to customers. I had the feeling we are not welcomed and we are there only to pay the price.

    Fast lifts, good happy hour prices on drinks from 5pm, friendly staff, good size rooms for the City, quiet in rooms, clean. In the heart of the city, liked little fridge to keep drinks, beds and pillows are very good.
    Would have liked kettle instead of coffee machine, lighting in room isn't the best
