The location is perfect!
Erin at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
Concierge was also very helpful to all 7 of us.
Thicker blanket on the beds.

Do not get the room with the sleeper sofa.
The location is good
The pull out sofa is ridiculously bad. The mattress is old, bent and squeaky with its spirals sticking out. Completely unacceptable as a bed. When telling this to the front desk their reaction was that nothing could be done: "this room usually sleeps 5". So what? Extra padding would be provided after repeating our request to solve the issue, but alas housekeeping stopped by to apologise that they could not be found. We ended up paying for an extra room. Absurd.
