The Courtyard Memphis Downtown offers excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for ex (Read More)ploring nearby tourist attractions such as Beale Street and the Bass Pro Shop Pyramid. The hotel has a hot tub and offers easy EV charging. The only downside mentioned was that some staff members were not as inviting as expected. Overall, a great place to stay in downtown Memphis.

I was not satisfied with my stay there with what I had to pay

They did not have any free nothing not even coffee. You had to pay for everything

The rates suck The refrigerator in the room was not cold and did not ever get cold for my 7 days of stay No microwave in the room The room was cold at night No extra covers in the room - a blanket would have helped

Overall pleasant but not up to typical standards for 3 star hotel

The food and staff were amazing but poor Jazzy at the bistro had no help which caused her to be far overworked. But the most disappointing part was the bathrooms specifically the shower/bath. There was mold in room 304

Location was quiet yet very close to trolley that took us and walk was much either to excitement

Valet parking felt forced to use then told car would be in covered area returned damaged hotel wont respond to us after being informed of damage
