    Booking.com stated that the hotel provided shuttle service from the airport (SRQ) to the hotel. When we landed at midnight, I called the hotel and they said they haven't provided shuttle service in over two years. While only a ten minute walk to the hotel, it was late, hot, and we were tired from a long day of travel.

    My stay was comfortable, clean, welcoming, and excellent.
    I loved the room, everything was very clean. We arrived around 10pm and the host upfront was very very nice. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, even the cleaning staff.
    I didnt like that they didnt have free breakfast and that the Starbucks only has coffee, other than that everything else was amazing

    Sound insulation is horrible. You can hear people walking in the hallway and adjacent rooms. The tiny fridge barely fits what you need and the pool doesn't look very clean.

    Ok. Could definitely be better.
    Wonderful and helpful staff.
    The fire pit did not work, ac had to be adjusted a lot to get cold or warm us up, there was no microwave in the room, and the mini fridge melted my ice cream and ddnt keep anything cold. Basically room temp. Ants in bathroom, no breakfast, Starbucks was barely a cafe. Not full items or much of a coffee choice. But very Pet friendly. Big plus when we have two medium dogs.
