    A wonderful place to stay in a great location
    The staff of Cozy are what really makes this hotel so great! I would definitely recommend Cozy Hotel to anyone staying in Hoi An. Hannah & Annie in particular were so friendly & helped us with anything we needed. The free bicycles were really handy getting to the markets & in to the old quarter for sightseeing the nightly lantern display. The included breakfast had great variety & our whole family enjoyed. Hannah recommended restaurants, a famous tailor, and activities to do during our 3 day stay. Thank you, thank you, such an amazing place to visit!

    The best staff hands-down out of any hotel I stayed at during 4 weeks in Vietnam. The breakfast was great, free bicycles to use, staff offers to help with tour bookings and restaurant suggestions, good location outside of the noise. Highly recommend!

    Great hotel in Hoi An. Would recommend to anyone visiting for a friendly experience in Hoi An
    Checking in experience very good with lots recommendations from the receptionist. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfast offers different meals and everyone will find something for themselves. The staff are super friendly and engaging.
    Bicycles could do with being updated and maintained a little better

    Very lovely stay, friendly and warm staff. Great stay to enjoy Hoi an
    Close to old town but just far enough so you avoid the late night noise. Helpful, enthusiastic and friendly staff. The hotel is lovely. Nice decor, delicious breakfast.
    The Family room I booked and confirmed wasnt available. Given two rooms next to each other. Family room would have been easier as its one shared room with 2 single beds and a double.

    Special attention to details + incredible staff
    The staff most of all was incredibly kind and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! Hotel and room was very tastefully decorated with little special attention added (i.e. scent in the room) that just made you feel very welcome. Location is central but not in the middle of the crowd which we appreciated. The staff organised us a private transport to Hue which was very fair priced and 100% to our satisfaction. Thank you Linh and the team. You made my birthday in Hoi An very special!
