There's a good restaurant on the ground floor, it's a good idea to make a reservation to sit outside because there are many visitors there.
During the early hours of the morning I heard a noise, similar to that of a washing machine running.

Small bedroom size (for sure less than the 20m2 mentioned in the description); dirty swimming pool lounge chairs; dirty benches at the terrace restaurant by the pool; reception staff not flexible to guest request and not very smiling; train stations (BTS) a bit too far (free shuttle but only every hour and impossible to have the service at different time even with a large suitcase); internet connection very unstable I had to login each time I wanted to be connected (very annoying)

"The hotel has surprising aspects, in positive and negative aspects.
The design and atmosphere of the hotel were excellent. While the rooms are quite small, they are stylish, cozy, and equipped with everything necessary.
The check-in was anything but straightforward and reminded me of hotels from about 5-10 years ago. The same spectacle occurred during check-out. Similar to 10 years ago, we had to wait for several minutes until the room was inspected. I haven't experienced this in the last 5 years.
The restaurant "Baby" is not part of the hotel, although it is the first thing you encounter. It is not possible to charge the food to the room. Separate billing! The food is excellent, and the combination is creativea real treat. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service. It is chaotic and limited to the necessary. We waited for an hour to pay, and if we hadn't taken the initiative ourselves, it might have taken even longer. In addition to the already double to triple street prices typical hotel prices a service fee and VAT were added. This is completely uncommon in Thailand, not to mention outrageous. For this reason, the restaurant is not recommended!

Perfect couple of days.
Good value for money. place close to where we needed to be for a coocking class, so very handy and safe location. The room we chose was good although a bit more roomy would have been better. The restaurant below has some amazing food and the swimming pool is good also to swim laps. Great facility to do the laundry at the top.
I should have picked a bit of a roomier room as it was a bit squeezy with the king bed and the working space. I could not faulty the hotel, the spa or the restaurant or service.

You could hear the music outside sometimes and the toilet and bathroom having 1 sliding door was kinda weird. You have to shower with an open door if anyone will use the toilet. Shower was only slightly warm and not hot enough.
