this is my second time staying at Crimson this year. I like the area of the hotel and the rooms are spacious and clean. I actually booked direct with them for 2 more nights in addition to my booking here. The new year's eve dinner was superb and my family enjoyed it. I would also like to commend the staff for being so friendly and welcoming at all times especially the security staff. Kyle the Lobby Ambassadress was very helpful and was anticipating all the needs of the people in the lobby. She was the highlight of my stay at Crimson as she helped me extend my stay during the new years when I initially thought everything was fully booked.

the 12th floor smelled like old cigarettes in the hallways but no smell in the rooms. Sockets could be closer to the bed.

Bed is comfy and there are water refill stations. Breakfast is good. The room is cold.
The headboard has dust, i cleaned it using wet wipes. The pool was very cold.

The breakfast selection was complete. Breakfast was my favorite part of the stay. Parking facility is safe. The view from our room was nice. We stayed close to Christmas time and the lobby decor was amazing.
The room is a bit dated but generally acceptable.

Everything was great, even if it was the holiday season.
We love that it was conveniently located near Festival Mall and other malls as well, Grab fee to ATC was just a bit more than 100. Staff are all accommodating and we were able to get to our room as early as 12:30 since it was already vacant and ready for us. With a surprise cake for our baby boy too. Will definitely stay with them again i the near future
The only thing we didn't like may be that there was no mat outside the bathroom to wipe our feet after, and we didn't want to use their towels as mats, so we used our dirty clothes instead.
