    From the old town 5 km. Looking for dinner at restuarant. But it s ok, easy to order grab food.

    the room looked quite a bit less appealing than the photos and not very well ventilated, but other than that everything was wonderful.

    Helpful staffs and clean environment
    I sprained my ankle the first day I travelled to Da Nang. The staff was very helpful, helped me to arrange cars etc when I required an emergency visits to hospital at the midnight. The environment is clean and offered some simple meals too. The location was a bit further from the old town, however this made it super quiet and peaceful too.
    We came on rainy season, hence the entrance was a bit 'floody' most of the time. We had to cross the water by stepping on the stones. This may be a bit unsafe for elderly or people with balancing issues. Hope this can be improved. Otherwise, we love this place and will definitely come back again if we can!

    Nice villa ,very wet at front of property hard to get in and out. Outstanding restaurant called BREEZE very close a 5 min walk.

    It was raining, they gave us a different room and then when we asked to change rooms the other options were not great as well. They gave us a room at the 4th floor, there were no elevators and it was not mentioned in the description as well. When we went there was no room service available. Then they shifted us to another villa which was ok. Overall, due to rain and these inconveniences, our experience was not great.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming.
    It's a little out of the main touristy area however, it was nice to escape the hectic streets of Hoi An at the end of the day.
    Breakfast could be a little more varied.
