    Poorly maintained. Rooms smelt of mold. Pool was under maintenance which we were not informed. We started itching after staying there a night, we left as early as we could

    My Experience in Crown Valley Resort
    The room was spacious.
    Food taste was not good - they charged us buffet price, which was not at par. Bathroom/toilet was smelly. Lift stopped working and we had to climb to 3rd floor from basement. No saftey locker in the room.

    Water leaking in front of room, they have put artificial grass to cover it but every time you step, your feet soaks in water. We told in reception but nothing is done looks like its a permanent problem Hot water didnt work well and there was power outage for about 20 min

    Amicable Crown Valley Stay
    The place offered a superb stay along with family. The place had various activities n a beautiful garden area. It was amicably serene place near Kumily/Thekkady.
    Nothing that I didn't like, but yes there is always a scope of improvement.

    Beautiful hotel perfect location
    Really lovely clean property they upgraded our room, really good size, staff were really friendly.
    The extra bed they gave was a mattress on floor, and choice for breakfast is a bit limited.

    Good and Enjoyable stay
    Location is good and has good amenities. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly, ready to support. Rooms are clean and neat.
    Room TV was not working. Swimming pool was without heater facility. Room kettle and plug points were not working in one of the room. Restaurant has less number of staffs to support and takes huge time to refill items.
