The stay was great overall.
The staff at CP Bandung was the best. They were very polite, patient and informative. Though I feel that communication between staff could be better, everything else is great. We also had room service on the last night and the food was great.
The bathroom door could be improved.

Staff was super friendly and nice. Location very close to Jalan Braga.
Guest services staff, while friendly not really well trained and some front desk staff were not proficient in English. Ordered food at their Mountain View Bar and Restaurant, which was a smoking area by the pool. Our drinks took 15 minutes to deliver and the food was made somewhere else on the property and delivered to us in takeout boxes. Also, it was not very good. Pizza tasted like cardboard.
