Had a lovely time.

Great location for shopping and the kids. Clean and quiet and very comfortable

Didnt like the restaurant. Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Waited 15 minutes before having to go up the bar and ask for food menus and waited another period of time before food order being taken. Also had to get our drinks ourself at the bar. I thot it was a big let down to the hotel as the restaurant wasnt busy at the time. Got the impression that the restaurant staff did not want to be there.

cleanliness in room could have been better: bed base was worn found rubbish below bed as it moved easily when child leaned against it dust on tea/coffee tray

Excellent and will return same time in 2024 when we do wild lights at zoo and would recommend.

Location was excellent as we were attending wild lights at Dublin Zoo. An added bonus was the ice rink which we booked while we were staying. The closeness to shopping was also great. The only downside was lighting in room as some didnt work and appeared to be off a central switch so we couldnt regulate for sleeping child. While there was a lot of variety at breakfast the cooked breakfast I.e sausage, bacon etc was not great but full marks for the continental breakfast my son especially enjoyed the pancakes.
