Excessive door slamming by the staff; as looks like they have a material storage in the ground floor. Avoid room 1052 and other numbers close to it.

It is beyond my expectation. All the staffs are super nice. Breakfast was excellent. Room are really nice and clean. Bathroom just perfect. Towels are clean and fluffy.
Nothing to complaint except for the heat of Riyadh at 45c.
But once you enter the hotel it is cool and breezy...
