Decent stay with a few expections
Clean and modern room
Good views from the room
Good breakfast and friendly staff
housekeeping was unresponsive most of the time
Valet was nowhere to be found when we checked in
AC was not cooling as expected
Room was not sound proofed, we could hear noise from the other room and loud noises from some event outside
Overall the service from the staff (expect for the restaurant), was subpar for a 5 star hotel

Very good experience, certainly recommend the hotel.
Spacious enough and comfortable room, beautiful view, nice rooftop and generally positive experience.
There was a baby cockroach in the bathroom but I can understand it given that it was the rainy season and is pretty humid everywhere.
