Excellent staff and well-trained duty managers. Not a best location and too old rooms and facility.
I really like front line employees especially staff who works in the restaurant. They were supper friendly, supportive and customer focused. If there are anything I am missing from this hotel that definitely the human touch from the hotel employees in the restaurant. The are true treasures of this hotel.
1st I do not like bad small outside of the hotel and at the entrance.
2nd poorly cleaned lobby.
3rd poorly maintained elevators.
4th too old towels in the room.

Nice stay.
Very courteous staff. And lovely food.
The bar area, the buffet supper, the a la carte supper and breakfast were excellent.
The room was comfortable, clean and functional.
The metro at New Ashok Nagar was a quick walk.
The breakfast coffee could do with an improvement!

Generally okay. Rooms are good.
Everything in general was good. Room was very nice.
Might be the same in all Delhi hotels but still the check-in without prior payment wasn't done even when the booking was secured by card through booking.com. There's no service of delivering parcels to the room. It was a hassle going up and down again and again for the parcels and very inconvenient.

Location is a bit far away from everything, loud noise in the night (which was immediately turned off after my request, which was great), bed is not comfortable (very very soft)
