Breakfast good. Room good. 3pm check in is too late, particularly when the hotel was so empty that day.
Went for a swim. No towels. Back to reception, no towels. Were told this was because it was a bank holiday.
This was really poor customer service.

Fantastic place to stay Woolworth the price staff are amazing. Breakfast was amazing and Im definitely going back here
I love this hotel it was clean, the location was great especially because the river thames was situated at the back of the property, and you were able to walk along the Thames and the canals after breakfast, or any time you wanted throughout the day. The rooms were cleaned every day if you required it or whenever you require it without paying an extra fee. The staff are very welcoming, always smiling always making you feel at home and welcome when you walk through the door and when you attend breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast was amazing, and even though breakfast was a buffet you are able to order your breakfast how you want it and different things off the breakfast menu that may not be in the buffet which I found excellent.

My only thing about the property was that that steam room wasnt working in the Spa throughout our stay but apart from that everything was fantastic at this property.

Did not sleep much.
Location is good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and tidy.
When I arrived I was informed that there was no reservation in my name. I asked about the booking reference and e mail with my booking. Only when another lady from reservation arrived did she find my reservation. My names and last name where all in one word. They said that it was a mistake by Booking.com. In my room, though I had booked a double bed, I found two singles. Again when I asked about it, I was told that regardless that my booking stated a double bed, Booking .com had said "any type of bed"!! I am a big man, that is why I need a double bed. I fell to the floor twice. I did put the beds together, but with no clips, they separated all the time. I did not request a change in room, as I had been informed the hotel was full.

Leisure changing room (women) - shower doors not working, toilet grim - generally old
I ordered an omelette for breakfast and had to leave before it arrived as it took so long.
Vegetarian sausages - really awful
One receptionist was rather brusque
