The Crowne Plaza Saddle Brook has received positive reviews. The staff, especially Ivonne, was friendly and hospitable, ensuring a wonderful experience. The front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and (Read More)bar staff were all outstanding. The rooms were well kept and the dining was good. One review mentioned that the rooms were too dark and the lights were not bright enough, and the front desk was a little slow. However, the lobby and customer service were nice, and the restaurant on the 12th floor had pleasant ladies serving. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the reviewers would stay again.

Location is good, 5 minutes from Plauderville Station.

Outside view and surroundings is not very inviting.

It does not compline the reservation selection !

location was good

I have reserved two family rooms as described in the booking.com but there were only two small bed in the same room, it was terrible, and it was not convenient for 3 adult. I was not as a promised reservation. I strongly suggest to taken account my feedback and return the money back for the customer satisfaction.

The room and the entire floor smelled like vinegar. Arrived earlier than expected and was charged an additional $50 for early check in. The food court was closed all day. The staff was out friendly. The hotel is in need of a refresh.

Brucie B night!

It was warm and inviting, once I was inside I begin to open up to it. The lobby was nice and relaxing. During my stay I visited the Sky restaurant and that atmosphere blue me away. Food and drinks were great!

I didn't like that there wasn't a fridge, microwave, or water to make coffee. A beautiful Keurig & k-cups but no water :( I'm glad it was only for the 1 night.
