We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was excellent, especially the hostess for breakfast at the restaurant and our waiter Darren.

Although my husband thought the bed was comfortable, I would not agree.

Good location. Service overall and the restaurant is not good. No laundry facilitie

. Location was close to main attractions.

We are still waiting for our bond to be returned and we checked out in the 23rd December. The restaurant is not appealing to eat at. It only offers Valet parking. No laundry facilities.

Overpriced parking and bad valet experience

The hotel was clean and the view of the city from our room was nice.

Their overnight parking and valet situation is bad. We got there the first night and waited for the valet to show up for over 15 minutes. The signs told us to wait, so we waited. They had one person working the valet most of the time so we had to wait extra long to get our car. One night we came back to park the car again, and their single valet person was sleeping in their room. To add on top of this, their computer system was down most of the time too, so we couldn't even text to get our car ahead of time. Their overnight parking is extremely expensive to add on top of all of this. $50+ a night is insane to have to deal with their terrible overnight parking and valet.

Very well located, staff very friendly and respectful on my questions and request. The restaurant staff very friendly and let us stay over their time. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant.
