Very comfy
Beautiful room with the perfect layout. Shopping centre right across the street which made meal time effortless. And staff were very accommodating. Would love to go again.
There should have been some more vegan options for breakfast. We asked for veggie sausages which they brought to us. It would have been nice to have vegan pastries or yogurt too.

The breakfast is excellent!! Either English or Continental with a wide choice and super quality.
The room is very comfortable and although there were a couple of problems, they were immediately sorted.
The staff are very friendly and the location for Solihull town center is perfect.
This time we had a room the back (which we requested). The view from the room is to the rear carpark which is okay. However, you also see the rubbish containers! - I would suggest they cover this area so you can not see it.

Breakfast was very nice. Room very comfortable and clean.
Shower wasnt great was luke warm at best. The room we were in had a door going into the room next door which was locked however, because of this you could hear the guest in the room next door talking and the tv being played etc. room 143 that is.

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Solihull right opposite Touchwood Shopping Mall
Bar prices very steep! Breakfast disappointing at the price - no better than Premier Inn breakfast. Hot food left lying far too long.

Great hotel in an excellent location.
Breakfast was wonderful; everything we could wish for was on offer. Staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job even on Christmas Day!
My partner would have preferred softer pillows but we didnt request substitutes so we have only ourselves to blame
