Not bad for the price but could be improved

- nice location - free snacks and drinks in room are a nice touch

- deposit is higher than one night stay and they only want it in cash. this makes it a bad place to stay at the end of the trip - when they say small, imagine TINY. I have never seen such a small room - bathroom without toilet and shower separation so everything gets SUPER wet - even though it is tiny, there is no place to charge your phone near the bed - room could use some renovation and better cleaning

Great location. Fun tiny living. Will return for short stays.

Location was great. The tiny capsule living was fun for 2 nights but would be irritating for a family of 5 for a week. We travel not to spend time in the rooms, rather we love exploring the city. We had a lot of fun. Aircon worked really well and on the whole time.

Lots of stairs, no elevator. There is mould on the walls here and there but thats normal given its a tropical country and dont bother us. Everything was clean and spotless otherwise. Note: They dont clean your room or replace towels unless you ask them directly in the morning.

Our stay was pretty great. Its a good hotel at an affordable price, the location is accessible and there are many store

When we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist outside so we didnt have trouble looking for the place. The place was accessible and is surrounded by many stores. The room was nice and clean, and we were still able to put stuff around despite the small space.

Many stairs, but its not much of an issue considering its a budget & capsule hotel.

Convenient location. Friendly & helpful staff.

Dusty, room service quality. Our room hidden at a corner with store room, feels insecure, can hear staff talking outside. No lift. No window. Very small room. Lighting pretty dim.

Great location, super clean , friendly staff, great value for money

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Due to room not being ready on the first night we were given a free upgrade for the night. Further to this we were offered breakfast for our 4 night stay due to the inconvenience. It was very good service! Also whole hostel was so clean and tidy

Room was a little small and no window but we knew this from the reviews :)
