    Everything is good, with a kind staff assistance.
    Location. In the middle between old town & new town of ipoh. Walking distance can reach both. Hotel staff arranged quiet room as requested Car park no problem and free Wifi connection good
    The outer look of hotel need to repaint, and make it more impressive. The bed mattress need to take note to be clean without disturbing customer sleep. Nite time when walking back to hotel a bit dark

    Good location. Clean room. Value for money. Not for fussy customers thou. Staff helpful and friendly. No frill motel.
    No sound proof. Can hear surrounding rooms clearly. aircon abit noisy if on full blast (only in this room). No showering amenities.

    Did serve the purpose for us to stay one night.
    Road noise and noise from another room upstairs like kids running
    Shower needs to be fixed as water coming from both the shower head. Need a working table and chair.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again next time.
    Like the big room and good location, within 10 mins walk to eating places. Receptionist was very helpful to book a grab car to take us to the airport.
    Wardrobe space is small and only has 2 hangers. There was no housekeeping to clean the room even though we stayed for 2 nights. It would be more convenient to have 2 card keys per room instead of only one.
