    A more authentic local experience than staying at a resort.
    Nice comfortable bed with a literal Bahama Breeze through the windows - better than having fans on. 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and water park.
    Dirty walls and bathroom with no soap. Wanted to use the washing machine but it was dirty too and not hooked up, so I went to the laundromat up the street.

    The host is very friendly and honest. However, the place is very dirty and messy.
    Location is good. Very close to downtown and the beautiful Junkanoo beach. The host is very friendly.

    Disappointed would not booked it again
    There was no breakfast i was shown to the kitchen if i wanted to prepare my own food no staff on broad and there was only a bed and a fan in the room that i got i was told the room i booked was not available when i got there was disappointed and not only that the price was charged for a higher cost from what i saw on the site but the location was great for me nice view .
    Breakfast as promised more comfortable room like if i had a television it would make things much better the view was ok

    Ok. Nothing to brag about.
    I had no problem going to Macdonald to eat breakfast. The location was perfect.
    There was no air conditioner. As hot as it was, there was no air conditioner. Plz purchase an air conditioner for each room. We paid our money at least make your customers feel comfortable.

    very good value for money!
    We loved the location! it was only a quick walk from the beach, town and bus stops. Also very close: great vegan/vegetarian food at Rasta! Troy was a nice host! very quick in replying messages & helpful with directions etc. There was free drinking water which was a huge plus! this place is insanely good value for the Bahamas! it's close enough to walk to lots of places and at the same time in a quiet neighbourhood that feels safe!
    the place could definitely be cleaner. there were dead insects all over the bathroom. Troy took care of it after mentioning it but a day later it was all the same. We were told it's because of termite problems. maybe this can't be helped but cleaning regularily would be even more important! kitchen cabinets need some improvement.

    I paid money to stay there but despite paying money I couldn't stay there even one hour I went to city center to find other place I would say to booking. Com please don't let be this kind of places on yiur site

    Great location from the beach and shopping area, good for solo traveler
    this property located 5 minute from Junkanoo beach and downtown. You can walk to bars and restaurants, even supermarket and grocery store as well. You see very cute friendly street dogs, you can hear birds, dog and life sounds and it will be comfortable than hotel for solo traveler. also host is very kind, he told and show me convenient places around his property.
    common area is not very clean but its ok level.
