Great stay with all the things you look for in a hotel.

The room is very big and spacious and clean, breakfast was very diverse and well prepared. Location is also the best location in tel aviv, near the Tel Aviv beach. and the city itself is also very close.

There wasn't anything in particular.

Exceptional hospitality is done right here!

Personable staff, outstanding architectural design, stunning lobby, and the best breakfast buffet in Isreal. Seriously, the best breakfast buffet! I adored the living green plant in my suite. I named her Zelda. A perfect home-like touch! Wonderful balcony overlooking the beach and ocean had 2 chairs and a small table. Plenty of closet space, prompt roomservice, marble bath room, blackout curtains, and a luxurious king-sized bed.

I was guaranteed chaise lounge chairs on my balcony, but only regular chairs were provided. They were stained with bird droppings upon my arrival, but housekeeping exchanged to clean ones. But no chaise lounger chairs.

Staff was very nice. Lobby is impressive. Pool is big with lots of seating. They had a nice game room for kids, and lounge for adults.

The rooms are a bit small for the price. They missed the small details: 1) Stains on the towels at the pool. 2) Relative to comparable hotels in Israel there werent many options in terms of breakfast or dinner. 3) Dinner was overpriced considering that the quality wasnt consistent. 4) It fell short of the expectations.
