The staff/owners were super friendly and helpful, the service provided was absolutely perfect (drinking water availableat any time, a kitchenette with snacks, big breakfast in the room at a time of our choosing, extra towels, pillows and duvets), the room was super clean, big and comfortable, the water in the bathroom was warm and the pressure great. And for New Year's Eve the staff prepared a small gesture in the room (sweets and some sparkling wine, which was super cute). The location is perfect if you want to explore London. Would absolutely stay here again and can only recommend it.

The host was there to welcome us. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated.

We didnt like having breakfast in our room. It felt claustrophobic. The vases, in the room could do with a wash. There was a faint smell of cannabis. The fan, in the shower, was dirty.

Friendly and helpful staff and lovely accommodation in a perfect location!

Traveling with my teenage son and my cat so it was great to find a place in a great safe neighborhood with lots of conveniences all around that would take a cat! Feels like a home.

On my first visit to London this was a fantastic base in a quiet area.

The location was great. Very near the London Underground station at Nottingham Hill. We also visited some nearby stores pubs and bistros which were nice. The room was comfortable and breakfast was served in your room. Staff was helpful

It is a little dated. A little like staying with Grandma which has its good points too!

Very comfortable, unexpectedly chaotic cute stay.

Its like entering and staying in somebody's house. Big spacious rooms, lots of knick knacks and brick brats. Very helpful staff. Lots of stuff. Its a very pretty chaotic little place. But not meant for people looking for very professional hotel.

Maybe kettle in room would have been good.

Im genuinely confused by the good reviews this property has received. It is very dated, the breakfast was poor, a toasted crust (come on ! ) a weird concoction of items made up the breakfast. No milk for tea and coffee in the room. Old towels with bleach marks ( I would use them as rags in my workshop years ago. ) 2 star at best and extremely overpriced. Old bed, I dread to think what it looked like under the sheets. I have never left a bad review before but this place gives the impression of shabby chic. Its just old and unpleasant. Good location, nice staff. Very disappointed and I will be contacting booking. Com with the photos I took to back up my comments.

Fantastic location, very quiet and lovely breakfast. Such kind and attentive staff. We were in Kensington Park in minutes and so near all the exhibition road venues.

Nothing really. Bathroom a tiny bit dirty, not a major problem at all.

Great accommodation in a nice location!

The rooms lovely decorated, cozy and the bed is very comfortable! Breakfast made with care.

If youre a light sleeper, the car noises are a little distracting.

Mother daughter trip. We had a great time.

Very home comfort. Location was great. In a section of London called Notting Hill and very close to the underground. Lots of Boutique shops and great pubs and restaurants

Very comfortable but a little dated. Like spending a weekend with family
