    Room was very clean The girls at the desk spoke English my son enjoyed the pool for a bit and best part our dog was welcome . The cashiers at st Hubert right down the street spoke English also so we were able to get a meal pretty easy.

    The noise of other patrons especially above our room ! Continual banging and jumping till 11:30 pm ! Not nice ! Some one was banging on doors rattled the door handle and disturbing my dogs .

    If you want an uncomfortable sleep, stay here.
    Breakfast was included with our stay and it was a pretty good variety of food. The staff working the breakfast were constantly checking food levels to make sure nothing ran out and they were constantly cleaning the tables which was nice to see.
    They charge a pet fee of $50 which was no where on their booking page. When I mentioned that to the front desk agent, she said 'we've been fighting booking.com to put this information on the site' but I'm calling BS on that. The rooms cleanliness upon arrival was just above sanitary and honestly, if we hadn't just driven for 12 hours, we probably would have left. The bed was THE MOST uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on in my life - I'm not even entirely convinced it was an actual mattress rather a piece of plywood with a piece of foam and a sheet to cover it. My partner and I both woke up in immense pain from sleeping in that bed. When we were checking out, the front desk agent didn't ask how our stay was or anything, just took our keys, gave us a receipt and walked away.

    Staff was rude and booking was misleading
    Breakfast was cold
    I was told that my request to bring two dogs was accommodating and there would be no additional charges once I arrived I was charged $50 and was told if I didnt like it I could leave or let my dog sleep in the car. The next morning when I went to speak to the manager the man a the front desk laughed in my face and said a manager would never be in before 10, too bad. Very rude.
