The location was convenient, within walking distance of the falls and attractions. The continental breakfast had limited options but was satisfactory. The only complaint was the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

I really like the staff, specially VICKY, shes very helpful and kind to everyone. I would definitely will come first of

I like about a lot of things such as, its very close to so Many restaurants, Clifton hills, even 5 mins walk to falls, I like the sauna, so many options near the hotel.

The swimming pool was cold, and the hot bath-tap was giving bubbles.

Convenient place to stay while in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Close to Clifton Hill, the falls, and Skylon Tower. The continental breakfast options were ok. Liked that coffee was available around the clock. The beds were extremely comfortable.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Thats an outdated practice for sure!!! On check in I was given a much higher price than what I had from Booking.com. I know that Sunday was New Years Eve, but the price difference was big. Only 2 outlets in the room, had to unplug the clock to plug in a phone charger.

It was close to the main strip where the activities were at.

It didn't have a fridge! And the bathroom for a king suite with a jacuzzi was so small. Smallest toilet area I've ever seen in any hotel!

Disappointing

The only thing I liked was the pool.

Booked wrong Days Inn and tried to get it changed at the Days Inn that I wanted but the incorrect Days Inn would help in any way or change it. Door would not lock properly as we always would have to slam it to keep it closed. Location was not close anything that we wanted to do. Bathroom set up did not make sense either.
