Good but needs some improvements.

Good room and location. Pool is a good area . Location can be a bit noisy

They closed the pool bar early on a day I was very sick and needed water but was told it was shut and not offered an alternative.

Would not book here again- unsafe

Location is good, the entrance is however the strange one( acces through the coffee shop or car access. Room was large as advertised and almost all facilities advertised provided.

TV channels were not available due to flood of tv cables however rain was rather light to non existent in December . They charged my sty in advance but they denied checking in. To check me in was necessary to deposit additional 1000bath, practice that is valid only if they dont charge your account prior (the deposit wasnt advertised in properties policies either) problem was noticed to Booking that didnt do anything about. Upon the checking in the hotel water wasnt available, fixed, air conditioning (a bit old) was broken for swing function blasting the bed and sitting area was fixed with a towel by the staff. I he n incident and I requested the security to call police - they said police dont come and I must go myself to report to the police station. At the police station being asked why I didnt call them myself and I was assured that police would have been within 3-5minutes at the hotel. This place is not safe

Waste of money and expensive for such a small room without any more facilities.

Locality

Rude staff , reached hotel at 4:30PM, they demanded 1000 Bhat in cash before allotting room. As my 1 year old baby is crying for food and sleep, I requested that Ill pay next day morning as my forex card is not activated. Mr.Khang is the staff who is rude and said until money is paid room wont be allotted.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the centre, next to bangla street. I really liked the rooftop pool with its new sun loungers, umbrellas and towels.

Rooms are a bit old. The air conditioner had a musty smell and was very loud.

Nice swimming pool, excellent location to nightlife, close to good restaurants and easy check in and check out

Wasn't anything I didnt like allthough the wifi was difficult to connect to so I didnt bother but that may have a problem with my phone.
