Good value for money but could use some small improvements
Location was excellent. Very close to the beach, beach clubs, and some nice restaurants in the area. Staff was also very friendly!
Quiet a lot of noise, not only coming from construction next door but also from rooms next to us. Also, not a lot of sunbeds next to the pool, and the ones that were there couldnt be adjusted in height. Pillows in the room were quiet hard and AC was only working half of the time but was still able to cool down the room. Overall furniture in the room and other amenities in the hotel were a bit outdated and could be replaced.

Good location in Canggu with 2 pools. Near the rear of the property so no street noise. Beds were nice and comfortable. Staff were nice attentive and friendly.
Our room had a foul odour from the bathroom. The staff were nice enough to try and clean it but the smell always came back. We needed to use air fresheners which they kindly left for us. If it didn't have this smell i would give it a higher score

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing place to stay without breaking the bank.
The rooms were beautiful and clean, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The bed was beautiful, and location was perfect.
The grounds were well kept and lush greenery which was lovely with kids.
The wifi was terrible which is hard when its your main source of communication. The TV in the rooms didnt work well, which again with kids was a bit annoying.
The pool was beautiful but the water was too warm, it wasnt refreshing to swim.

When arrived black hairs in the shower. And I am blond :). Also no water pressure, the last day we werent even able to shower since there was not a single drip coming out of the shower

Great location, peaceful stay
Great location, loved the pool and my room. Decent WiFi for casual use though might be a bit jumpy from time to time for work calls, but was perfect for my needs. Very central but the accommodation is in off the main thoroughfare so it was quiet and private. Had a great week here and could have stayed longer!
Occasionally the wifi and shower pressure were hit or miss, though usually only an issue for a few minutes at a time

Sometimes the wifi would cut out and not work but not a big deal!

Overall the price is good for what you get. Location was great, easy to get to restaurants, spas, beach, clubs etc.
Perfect location to everything yet still tucked away. The bed was comfy and wifi was good.
Many bugs got into our room as there was a hole in the window. Wasnt explained by staff that there was a water filter at the resort so we kept buying waters.
Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines.
