One of the best boutique hotels Ive stayed, definitely of 5 star ratings. Highly recommended.
The hotel is located at a quiet side street just off the main busy road thats 3 minutes walk to the old city gate (Thapae Gate). Room is well maintained and clean, bed comfy & breakfast was superb. Special thanks to all staffs for excellent services

The location is excellent, in walking distance of night market and the old town. Staff was really helpful and arranged tours for us. We stayed in a familly room which was really comfortable and clean. The pool is really small and only 4 chairs. Breakfast was good. Full house for location and staff.
Swimming pool is small and only 4 chairs. We would have liked to spend more time there but always full.

The breakfast was nice and the hotel was conveniently located between a great night market and the thapae gate that takes you into old town.
Methadone detox clinic steps away from the hotel lobby was a little disconcerting.

Relaxing stay.
The location was execellent as it was near the Tha Phae Gate where the sunday night market start. breakfast as good as it has an egg station in spite of the size of the hotel.
the building is beautifully designed with friend staff who catered to some of our trouble some situation.
the view maybe there is really not much as i was staying on the 2nd floor as well? but I can't blame them for this as the entire city is low risen and the average building in that area is 5 storey max.
