the staff were so nice and such a sweet people, very kind and supportive!
bedroom was tied and cleaned , also very comfortable bed and pillows!
it isn't a big problem, but the decoration and the corners of the bathroom were kinda cracked and dirty.
Sadly, the fridge wasn't that cold . it's almost the same as a room temperature, wont really get your
water or sodas cold.

Double charged on debit card AND STILL WAITING FOR REFUND............
Helpful restaurant and kitchen staff who will make you something thats not on the menu.
Very Limited restaurant menu.
Took a pre-authorisation on my card, and then when I checked out, they debited the full amount on top of the pre-authorisation. The debit was not settled via the banks until several hours later, resulting in my debit card going overdrawn. Being left overdrawn caused a lot of issues on my return journey home. Because of this I give the rating of 1, because 0 is not available.
RESPONSE TO HOTELS RESPONSE.
Pro forma response with no action taken to refund the double charge, AND STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND......
