    It was good location and easy to find.
    The bedroom temp was extremely warm and not easy to adjust. The website seemed to provide a lounge type setting but this was basically not used by any guests at night. Hotel were unable to accommodate diary & gluten allergies at breakfast.

    Very good location (8 minutes walk to central station), good bed (but simple beds, no double). Tv was huuge! And toilet was big!
    Wish I had a double bed! Room was a bit small (couldn't move properly my stuff).

    The stay was marred by subpar service, unclean conditions, and a general lack of hospitality, creating a highly unfavora
    The location and the gym.
    - Incomplete cleaning by the housekeeper (dirty floor, soiled towels, unchanged bins, unwashed dishes). - Condescending and disrespectful staff (Have you never been to a hotel before?). - Lack of hospitality. - All basic services come with an extra charge. - Lack of information/misleading advertising. - Insufficient cleaning/hygiene products. - Lack of team coordination (each receptionist defers requests to colleagues the next day). - Negative quality/price ratio.

    We found the part where the shower is very small, which makes it difficult to take a shower and wash your head
