- the water in the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not move down the sink. the toilet was unusable for part of our stay.
- not a single light of the installed led lights in the garden worked.
- the lights in the pool did not work / have been shut off "for security reasons". but this was promised by the offer and i was sad not seeing the pool lights at night when sitting outside.
- the way to the beaches is not 10 minutes (by car). In fact you can reach the beaches areas in 10+ minutes but you need to park the car /find a parking place (which could take +10-15 minutes) and then walk to the beach. calculate 30 minutes for reaching a beach in summer time. i could imagine that in other seasons you could reach a beach in 15 minutes.
- we could not find any german channels on the SAT / TV. But thanks to good Wlan it was no problem.
overall rating:
it is a very lovely house but it seems that it has come to age and there is no one there keeping his hand on the small aspects like garden / pool lights / kitchen or the bigger aspects like the sink / jacuzzi problem. On our last two days (of 7) the electricity in the master bedroom did not work.
if that would be a house of a friend of mine for a cheap price i would not have any critics. But if i pay about 300.- per day i expect more.
