    Excellent location, but poorly maintained rooms and property demands private deposit payment
    The location is amazing if you like to be isolated and surrounded by nature. It is surrounded by jungle, river and wildlife. The building and surround areas are beautiful. The gardens and property are well maintained. Bird watching opportunities right in the courtyard. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
    The property demanded that I pay a deposit privately outside of booking.com through some local service using QR code. And they kept bugging me about it for several days and 2 days before arrival, threatened to cancel my booking. I finally got a local person to do it for me. Totally stressful experience and unacceptable to demand private payment. Also they do not really respect the free cancellation policy although it is an option. The interior of rooms are outdated, dark and dingy. It just feels old and poorly maintained. See the dirty bucket in the photo. The towels likely needs replacing. Loud noise all through the night from the attic. Probably rats!

    Very happy stay and met our expectations of a much needed break.
    The location and calmness it offered. The trekking within the facility was a major attraction and it allowed us to explore and experience nature freshness.

    Location is good, its calm and into the nature.
    The rooms are uphill from reception to which the guest vehicle are not allowed. Had to wait for the JEEP service to go to room and car parking area. It is very inconvenient. Sometime had to wait for 15 mins. Very poor service, like bath towel was not provided, had to ask many times to get one set over 3 days stay. Trekking guide was not available during our stay. Very limited option for food to order.

    It was a quaint stay in a massive property with its own small lakes, plantations, cattle farm and trek route. They offered fishing and treks as a part of their experience which was quite nice.

    This is the best property i have visited so far. Resort was located in a beautiful which i did not excepted. Rooms, Staffs, Food and other activities were so great. The way they treat us and the comfort zone they provided us was awesome.
