Just fine for what it is

Location is in a cute neighborhood of Tiong Bahru with many cafes and restaurants around. About a 10-minute walk to the MRT. Room is spacious for Singapore. Bathroom is spacious in general and the room layout is good for sharing with a friend or partner.

AC was so cold all the time. The full length bathroom window looks directly onto the street so you can't use it, so the bathroom is always dark. The breakfast was just instant coffee and prepackaged pastries in the lobby.

The ladies at the reception were very helpful and friendful. I liked the hotel's design, and the room was very spacious. Once you get a bit familiar with the area, metro seems quite close, you can choose between two stations. I also liked very much the small heritage area Tiong Bahru which starts just at the next street corner, and you can find good cafes and restaurants there, like Tiong Bahru Cafe.

You coud hear some traffic noise coming from the road, but mind you, you are in a big city, so it is nothing unusual.

Couldve been better

Easy to get around with bus and MRT. Enjoyed the market, food stalls and restaurants nearby. Also nice and safe to walk around after meal. Nice room. Quite spacious.

Dont like the shower. Also bed in my brothers room not comfortable. Need a new one. Breakfast is a joke.
