well, the bath tub in our room is useless because there is no available lid for the sink hole. and we were told that all other room with bath tubs doesn't have one so we can't transfer.

Please give time to communicate your guest. Let them feel its home away from home!

Staff are not helpful. They dont do action on anything small you ask. Very rude and noisy place. Too much mosquito even the beds has bugs. Not recommended.

I loved how friendly and polite the staff were, the ambience was incredible, and Ill definitely stay here again.
