    Everything is perfect and so spacious esp the living room
    Everything is clean and the location is so close to super market and kfc and Pizza. Looking forward to our next trip next month.

    Well located motel in need of a total refurbishment, does not meet modern standards for city motel.
    The location is excellent, thats why I chose it. Parking my car was easy.
    The motels are very outdated which was a disappointment. The place was clean enough but it smells old with musty carpet, curtains, the facilities are ancient and very basic. The doors & windows are hard to open and lock. I am surprised that a motel in an excellent location can continue to do business offering inferior standards to the neighbouring motels. The photo on the Internet is mis leading!

    The toilet bowl was damaged, the fan in the bathroom was all melted, bulb in the bathroom missing, empty soda cans under one of the beds, so the room clearly hadn't been vacuumed.

    The units are clean and comfortable but it is a shame to see this motel let go so much.
    The location was great.
    The units are in need of a major upgrade especially the kitchens and bathrooms. Some painting has been completed by inferior painters and there is a lot of mismatched floor coverings throughout the unit. The pink tablecloth is also a blast from the 70s. All garden areas need a massive tidy up.

    Terrible rooms. Helpful staff.
    Good location. Very friendly staff.
    The Diplomat is tired, worn out and desperately in need of refurbishment. The grounds are messy and the room we stayed in was very unkempt. Compared to other motels in the area the Diplomat is overpriced and unattractive in almost every way.
