The service was impeccable. They really tried to make our stay very comfortable. The location was great - beachfront in station 1 where it is very quiet. The free shuttle service was also helpful to get around the island. The price may seem costly at first but since the transfers and fees are already included, the free shuttles, and even water and occassional snacks, I think its good value for money. The taho and pandesal were also nice touches at breakfast.

The staff who welcomed us could have explained the amenities better (how many pools, roof deck etc). We ended up knowing these from the friendly shuttle driver.

Very good

Very relaxing stay

The staff are all accomodating and cheerful. The lication is really in the best station of boracay island. We love our signature one bedroom suite, just that the view is not that awesome. The complimentary breakfast in Forno restaurant is really delicious.

The breakfast in Sands restaurant is boring and not that much options.

Next time I will stay at Shangri-La

Nice friendly staff. But thats to be expected in the Philippines.

We had to change rooms twice (3 rooms altogether) because things in the first two apartments kept breaking. Blinds falling down, balcony door not closing and locking, air-conditioning breaking down.

Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. We really loved the welcome treat and signage when we entered our room

good location, private clean beach, friendly staff, spacious room. Wonderful staff especially Kyle the bar tender. He was very friendly and entertaining during our stay

breakfast offerings can be improved; lack of service during peak breakfast hours as hotel may not have anticipated the number of guests swarming the breakfast area at the same time
