Everything was exceptional, the rooms were very spacious and clean. The Reception staff was very friendly, and the restaurant staff deserves 10 stars plus. The rooftop pool provides an incredible view. I highly recommend it

Good for short experience, bad for long term stay
It is very unique concept. You can see gold work in the lobby, bathrooms, lifts, almost everywhere but not too-much-on-your-face style. It looks stunning in the morning across the lake during sunrise. Loved the design of gold plated bathrooms.
Its is too far from main tourist attractions and eateries, so we pretty much had to book a cab for anywhere and a cab back. The towels, robes and toiletries are of cheap quality. The staff and concierge services are close to non-existing and room services are non-responsive. This is a stark difference we experienced after staying at other 5-star properties for the past 8 days. We did not expect this at all from a 5-star hotel in Vietnam.

On arrival staff werent overly helpful. Certainly didnt go above & beyond to assist us. The shower had an old razor cap on the floor. Ordered breakfast and only half the meal came - even after we made them aware it was still very average

( night) duty manager on 2nd was extremely rude and non cooperative for the basic of things.
With people such as this, wont recommend this property to anyone in our known circle.
He also refused us talking to the general manager of the front office manager.

The gold bath tub. The room and the bed were huge. Bed was comfortable.
The toilet was very interesting and funny to use all the washing functions, even had a drying function.
Breakfast had lots of selection.
The pool was under welming. There's no rooftop bar/ restaurant there's only a pool and it's quite small.
Someone had left a dirty nappy by the pool. The staff were made to pick it up. Not nice.
