Location of the property you can access MRT and walking distance to Chinatown

Room a bit small and interior outdated also our room has some noise from some kind of machine

Bed too soft ,room wasn't cleaned properly, unknown food stuffs left on floor by previous guests , missed daily by housekeeping ( may still be there now??) No kettle but had tea and coffee??

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Singapore.

Excellent location right near the MRT. A beautiful hotel and grand lobby with very comfortable rooms and great service.

The check in counter was very busy and times and staff were sometimes a little impatient.

Great location in China town area, close to green line MRT, 1 hr MRT ride from airport. Room had a funky bathroom layout. They had our room ready so allowed early check in and held our luggage after checkout for our evening flight. Very helpful staff. We stayed twice on this trip.

Room clean, and the staff especially to Irene, she is one of the best staff. She is nice girl, flexible and arrange room for us, after we entered the room, she still make sure our room is clean. Thanks Irene
