facilities very good and staff too

the room was too warm and we did not appear to have control over the temperature The staff were very good although it was niggling to see staff trying to clear tables at breakfast before people had finished. one couple had got their hot drinks and both went for food. A staff member started to clear the table even though a mobile wa sleft on the table and the drinks were clearly hot. My plate was taken even though my partner was still eating.

Will book Leonardo, same price and much better quality.

Location, views from the room. Room Service were speedy.

Pillows were uncomfy. Room service food quality was honestly so bad. The pool looks nothing like the pictures. It needs an upgrade or deep clean.

Location and staff were both really good.

This review is specifically aimed at Room 178. The room is spacious, warm, and relatively quiet. En-suite is vast and shower pressure excellent. The bed, however, a king size was appalling. Well, well passed its serviceable lifespan. I come to a hotel for a complete experience. I have to say the bed totally ruined my experience. The bed was solid, spring clanged, and chimed with the slightest movement. It was uncomfortable and uninviting. Partner disturbance was ridiculous and, in this day and age, totally unacceptable. If I hadn't enjoyed a good neal with wine at a different venue, I would have driven home. I expect more from a hotel. However, this is in control of asset management, who is really pushing the boundaries in this room. I realise I will not be receiving a refund, but I sincerely hope someone in senior management will read this review and take the time to solve an issue that is obviously going under the radar. Take care when booking your room. Asking questions would be my advice.

Location - the waterfront and promenade were directly across the street. Everything was within walking distance. The warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival was a bonus.

While waiting in the sizeable queue to check in, the foyer was hugely busy with families. We discovered there were 3 pantos being held in the hotel per day. Had we known this, we would have chosen another venue. Far too busy for our liking. Parking may have been convenient but it was a hefty 25 a day, so 50 for the two days despite the fact that we werent actually in the car park for the full two days. Far too busy in the morning for breakfast, as well.
